Dow officially takes over Dow Corning
Dow Chemical officially took over Dow Corning last week as it continues work on its separate merger with DuPont. Dow Chemical acquired Corning's interest in Dow Corning, though the two companies separately agreed to each own a 40% stake in Hemlock Semiconductor Group
