Apparatus for simultaneous production of synthetic oil and electricity using Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor unit and Fuel Cell unit and method thereof.

 

 

Generally, Synthetic oil was obtained through steam reforming and F-T synthesis reaction.

Conversion ratio  is (H2 : CO = 3 : 1) through steam reforming, but the appropriate ration for F-T synthesis reaction is (H2 : CO = 2 : 1).

Because of this ration, conversion process is required.

To overcome this weakness,  PSA and Fuel cell are used in this technology.

Separating excess hydrogen, it is used for provision of heat of reaction and   the ratio of (H2 : CO = 2 : 1) is provided for F-T synthesis reaction.
