To solve problems with the conventional technology,

Using the lighting apparatus for the existing fluorescent lamp and reflector,

manufacturing method and providing the light-distributing of LED lamp for the fluorescent lamp replacement which controls installation angle of the frame which includes the light emitting diode

in order to control the light quantity according to the direction.
